Siddhi Vinayak Shiksha Prasar Avum Samaj Kalyan Samiti !

At the outset, please accept my heartiest welcome.
I presumed that you have already heard somewhat about our organization and visiting our web portal would meet your expectations, and allows you to discover more about our organization as well as our working culture along with our self-made promise of being the torch bearers of bringing the constructive changes to our society. With the aim of working for the vulnerable class of the society and give everyone a smooth livelihood, Siddhi Vinayak Shiksha Prasar Avum Samaj Kalyan Samiti (hereinafter referred to as Samiti/Society) was started in the year 2015 and got registered on 06.02.2015. Samiti is not just an organization or workplace for me; it is rather a platform for me and my team members where we can exhibit our every responsibility towards the society. While setting up the organization I met a lot of people who shared my view of changing the society in a positive way. I feel fortunate that those people who believe in bringing positive change to the society are in my team.

We as a social Organization mainly focuses on Livelihood improvement of the people and hence, we believe that for all around development we should focus on Socio-Economic, Cultural and Educational, Research and Development, Agriculture and Farming that even should include our responsibilities towards a healthy Environment. And that’s why all our projects mainly focus on these sectors and henceforth our past and ongoing projects have been able to generate employment opportunity for the unemployed youth and the women by inducing skills to the unskilled, replacing outdated techniques to advance technologies and so on. Although this past more than 07 years has been a kind of roller coaster ride for me, but the support and cooperation of my homeland people and administration has always been a driving force for me and I can’t thank them enough with words.

More-strengthly enough, I am just a face to our stories of success but all our dreams would not meet their appropriate action without the dedication and hard work of our team members who have shared in our incredible journey so far. Their contribution is just a prodigy for me which I can’t even dream of alone!

We are looking forward to continue to serve and support all of you in the future in every possible way and people like you are our main source of motivation and to push our limits every single day.

Dear Parents, students and well-wishers of Laxmi Bai Institute of Nursing Science run by Siddhi Vinayak Shiksha Prasar Avum Samaj Kalyan Samiti family- my prayerful greetings to all of you. First and foremost I would like to express my deep sentiments of gratitude to every one of you for your constant support, love and concern towards the college which enables and encourages us to strive hard to carry forward the mission of spreading value-based knowledge to one and all.

Education is not an act of acquiring knowledge but learning a skill to lead life and forming one’s personality. This is an ennobling process of growth. I can boldly say that we have excelled in every initiative that we undertook and we have stood together in facing the challenges in realizing quality education. We focus on discovering, developing and drawing out the hidden talents and the magic lying dormant inside all of its students. From academics to co-curricular activities, perseverance and a never-say-die spirit are entrenched in the heart of every student not only making them good students but brilliant human beings. In today’s dynamic world, a 360 degree development and grooming is of supreme importance and through our campus we are creating an environment for future leaders, entrepreneurs and professional who possess skills and aptitudes in an array of functional disciplines.

I am very happy with the progress of Laxmi Bai Institute of Nursing Science has made by imbibing in its students value based education synergized with modern teaching-learning methods to produce a generation of well informed and emotionally sound generation. I am positive that in times to come we will continue this journey with elevated enthusiasm and persistently provide a platform of holistic learning to the young generation of learners.

We are partners in learning with our students and seek to deepen their knowledge, provide enriching and innovative learning experiences, while also gently urging our students to come out of their comfort zone to attempt new challenges.

Mission

Siddhi Vinayak Shiksha Prasar Avum Samaj Kalyan Samiti works in the field of social work & education i.e. Drug Addition Camp, Women Awareness Programme Camp and Consumer Awareness Program and also giving the training of Stitching, Knitting and Computers, which is free of cost and the society is also running old age home for the care of elderly peoples and also for awareness education for needy children who are under difficult circumstances, such as child labour, children of poorest of the parents, disaster struck and slum children. Emphasis is given on education, so that they and their families get empowered. Children & Women are the future of a nation. For an emerging and developing country like India, education holds the key to the progress of the nation itself. To facilitate a diverse spectrum of science education programmes through modern pedagogical approaches for nurturing quality research of international standards. Social work provides a starting point for social workers to create interventions and plan their work. It gives social workers a way to address problems through a research based lens. Social workers better understand complex human behaviours and social environments. One challenge of applying social work theories to practice is choosing the right theory for the situation at hand. The objective of the society is to provide financial assistance to the victims and people suffering from various ailments.

Samiti is having a certificate of 12AA issued by Income Tax Department under which no amount of income from college is not covered under Income Tax.
Samiti is also having a certificate of 80G issued by Income Tax Department.

Vision

Siddhi Vinayak Shiksha Prasar Avum Samaj Kalyan Samiti is a non-profit and Non Government Voluntary Organization. It is registered as a registered society under the M.P. Society Registration Act, 1973. The main objects of the society are established and run the hospitals, health education colleges, Nursing Colleges and other technical and professional institutions in various sector of the education in the society. The main aims of this society are to promote rural and slum section of the society and participatory development process in rural and urban areas along with maintaining transparency and professionalism with an eye for better performance and social accountability. The aims and objectives of the society in education field are: –

To create awareness for education in slum, poor part of the society.
To establish and promote high quality, Technical, Professional, Health, Environmental, Nursing Courses and other education and research centre with best technology, faculty and equipments.
To provide an environment for a effective interaction with society to serve the society.
To establish effective linkage between the institute and industries, public and research, and development organizations.
To ensure job placements for students.
To provide and insight knowledge to improve student’s personality for their bright future.
Working together we help to achieve increased confidence and capability in the students of the college.
To train students to improve creativity and technical skills.
To provide ideas about manufacturing progress and skills.
To provide combination of practical learning in Hospitals and Laboratories with class room teaching
